Shipping and Payment

Here you’ll find all the important information on how to pay for your order and how your custom canvas print will reach you.

What shipping methods are available?

Currently, physical canvas prints can only be ordered for delivery within Hungary. Shipping physical products to other countries is not yet available, but we are continuously expanding our list of served countries.

🇭🇺 Shipping methods in Hungary:

GLS home delivery: The courier delivers the package straight to your provided address.
GLS parcel locker and parcel point: You can pick up your package at the nearest locker or point whenever it’s most convenient for you.
MPL (Csomagpiac) home delivery: Postal delivery straight to your door.

How long does it take to arrive?

The turnaround time for your order consists of two parts:

Production time: Since every canvas print is custom-made, the production time is usually 3-5 business days (about a week).
Shipping time: Once your print is ready and handed over to our logistics partner, delivery takes just 1-2 business days.

During busier periods, production time may be slightly extended. We ask for a little patience and understanding during these times, but rest assured, we always strive to get your ordered print to you as quickly as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely FREE for all available delivery methods!

What payment options are available?

Payment is 100% online. Transactions are processed by Stripe, one of the most secure systems in the world.

You can pay using the following methods:

Credit card (fast and secure online payment)
Apple Pay (one-click payment from Apple devices)
Google Pay (convenient payment from an Android phone or browser)

Why is cash on delivery not available?
Since we exclusively create custom-made and digital products based on your pet’s photo, cash on delivery is unfortunately not possible. We can only start producing your print after a successful online payment. Thank you for your understanding!
